IMLA -Fahaheel Branch elects office bearers

Kuwait - The Kuwait Kerala Muslim Association’s
Fahaheel branch formed its ladies wing.
The general body conducted at Dar Al Quran,
Fahaheel elected Hafiza Shahid (President),
Shafeela Naufal (General Secretary), Sareena
Nizamuddin (Treasurer), Afnida Naeem, Noorjahan
Mohammadali (vice presidents), and Naseema
Ashraf, Sumayya Nawaz (secretaries).
The program was presided over by Zam Zam
Rasheed, branch president. Sageer
Trikarpur, KKMA Chairman in his inaugural
address briefed on the increased role of women
in social change and requested members to
utilize the forum as an effective tool for
enhancing knowledge base.
Arefa Abdul Fatah, president of IMLA Central
Committee in her speech explained the activities
of IMLA and requested everyone to come together
in strengthening the association.
Talking on one year program, the program
coordinator Mohammad Nawaz briefed that the IMLA
Fahaheel Branch will conduct family oriented
programs such as Quran study class, educational
motivation courses for children, talent contest
for women and family picnics.
KKMA leaders, Akbar Siddique, NA Muneer, Abdul
Fatah Thayyil, AP Abdul Salam, AV Haneefa, Hamza
Payyanur, AV Mustafa, IMLA officials
Namira Isham, Nasreen Siddique felicitated the
program.
Branch officials CH Hassan Kunhi, SAP Mahmood,
Shahid Siddikh, Nizamuddin CN, Ashraf CM,
Mohammadali Kadinhimoola and Saleem CA
efficiently coordinated the program.
