Visit Ambassador of India
On March 25, 2009, the Management Team of KKMA paid a visit to the
Ambassador of India.
The aim of this visit was to greet the newly appointed Ambassador
and request his support and guidance for the activities of the
Association.
Ambassador Ajai Malhotra welcomed the delegates and said that his
high office will continue efforts to enhance consular and community
welfare services for the Indian community in Kuwait. He particularly mentioned that the services
of labor welfare section of the embassy will be made available on
24/7 hours basis.

The Ambassador conveyed that during his initial meetings, the
Kuwaiti authorities praisied the contribution of expatriate Indians
in Kuwait. The Indian community in Kuwait has been praised for
its law-abiding nature and general attitude and behaviour.
Sageer and Muneer, on behalf of all KKMA members explained the
activities of KKMA, in particular various welfare programs
implemented to assist KKMA members such as family benefit scheme,
members welfare scheme and etc. The officials also highlighted
the social change projects that the organization has implemented
such as charitable kidney dialysis centers, educational support
programs, etc.
The
Ambassador appreciated the work done by the Association within a
short span of time.
KKMA officials Sageer Trikarpur, chairman, N.A. Muneer, president,
Abdul Fatah, general secretary, Ibrahim Kunnil, vice president, KC
Rafeek, vice president, CK Sathar, finance secretary, Razak Melady,
zonal president were present.
