IMLA FUN DAY 2009 grand success!

Kuwait – The Indian Muslim Ladies Association (IMLA) conducted a family picnic for their Executive members and friends at Riggae Park last Friday. With perfect weather and more than hundreds of fresh smiles around the picnic was a great time to get close, share experience and spend time with new and old friends.

The event was mainly aimed for the get together of IMLA family members after a short break of the summer vacation. Lots of activities were conducted for the kids ,ladies ,gents and common games for the couples as well. The event was not limited to crafts and games but to enhance the friendship and love among the IMLA members.

President Arifa Abdul Fathah inaugurated the event and gave a brief on activities planned for the day. The event was ably volunteered by IMLA office bearers Saneeba Abdul Gafoor, Aysha Ibrahim, Jehan Niyaz, Nafisath Muneer, Zeenath Qamaruddin, Rasiya Hamza, Mariyakutty Basheer, Sabitha Ahmed and Nasrin Siddique.

The games and activities in the gents section was coordinated by K. Basheer and Ebrahim Kunnil. The prizes for winners were given away by KKMA and IMLA officials. After a full day of fun and excitement the crowd walked away with lots of gifts and lit up faces.
