KKMA Farwaniya Zone Active Workers Conference

Kuwait - The KKMA Active Workers Conference organized by the Farwaniya Zonal Committee was a grand success.  Held at KKMA Community Hall on Friday, 6th February was attended by more than 200 leaders from Farwaniya, Abbasiya, Hasawi, Sabhan and Khaitan branch committees.

The Program was presided over by Ummer Kootanad, the acting President of Farwaniya Zonal Committee. 

Presentations of the day were:  "Team Concept" by Sageer Trikarpur, chairman of KKMA;  "Leadership" by N.A. Muneer, president of KKMA; and "Social Commitment" by Fatah Thayyil, general secretary of KKMA.

Acting Secretary, AK Ibrahim Udinoor welcomed the audience.  Program Committee convenor Shaheed Labba explained the program contents.

The Closing Session was presided over by AP Abdul Salam, Working President of KKMA.  In this session, 10 individuals, 2 from each branch committees were presented with gifts and certificates for their outstanding performance.  They were:  VV Mohammad, VV Haneefa (Abbasiya), Mamu Koya, Mohammad Saleem (Farwaniya), T Moideen Kutty, PV Ibrahim (Khaitan), PV Fareed, PP Kunhava (Sabhan), CP Aboobacker and TH Aboobacker (Hasawi).

The event was closed by the Quiz Program led by OP Sharafuddin and the Mappila Songs Antakshari led by Muneer Thuruthi.

Leader from the Central Committee Ibrahim Kunnil, K Basheer, PV Zubair Hajee, KC Rafeek, Ali Kutty Hajee, Yusuf Elambilad, KC Kareem, Zam Zam Rasheed, Sulaiman Parambath also were present.  Zonal Committee Treasurer MK Abdul Rahiman proposed vote of thanks.
